Catering students, staff and collaborators of the events take advantage of his experience in menu development and his creativity in the design of special gastronomic occasions. Chef Milan studied hotel business in Italy, starting to love the art of cooking thanks to his grandmother. accumulating experience in the first years of work in his hometown: Milan, where he was able to acquire the typical recipes of the various regions of Italy and the knowledge of typical products, ending up then spending 10 years in the kitchens of northern Europe, meeting with colleagues from various different countries and learning new techniques and recipes creating a true and original Fusion of his cuisine. Mediterranean diet lover combines flavors, recipes, from various international cuisines. His philosophy is to work with the territory for the territory using the various local craftsmen.
