The Chef: Master in his profession. the Executive Chef Roberto Milano comes from the kitchens of Milan, Berlin, Amsterdam, London Barcelona, Ibiza Sydney to help bring the Chef @ World dining experience to new heights. Students, staff and collaborators of catering events take advantage of his experience in menu development and his creativity in the design of special gastronomic events. Chef Roberto Milano studied hotel business in Italy and obtained various specialized cooking courses. Starting to love the art of cooking thanks to GRANDMA. accumulating experience in the first years of work in his hometown: Milan, where he was able to acquire the typical recipes of the various regions of Italy and the knowledge of typical products, ending up then spending 10 years in the kitchens of northern Europe, meeting with colleagues from various different countries and learning new techniques and recipes creating a true and original Fusion of his cuisine. Lover of the Mediterranean diet combines flavors, recipes, from various national and international cuisines. His philosophy is to work with the territory for the territory using the various local craftsmen. His kitchen is ecological with zero impact.
